The purpose
of this manual is to provide comprehensive evidence to all customers and
employees of the specific controls that are in place to ensure the quality of
our performance as a promoter and developer.
Thus, the
objectives of this quality manual are, among others:

the guidelines of the Quality System implemented in the company GRUPO ARENA.
To transmit
the Quality Policy to all the departments or divisions of which it is made up.

disseminate the system adopted by the ARENA GROUP to its Clients and employees,
